Every year sponsors helps us provide fun and excitement to children within our program.   With over 450 kids registering to play soccer in the Middletown area every year,  the need for funding continues to grow.   With your help we can continue to provide a quality program for youth while giving you another way to advertise and reach out to the community.  The cost to sponsor a team is $200.  With your sponsorship you will receive options like  picking the color of the team uniform, having your logo placed on the jersey,   and having your logo placed on our website with a link to your website just to name a few.  If you are interested in sponsoring please fill out and return the sponsorship form to the attention of
